Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your LetSee account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens afterwards.
Deleting from inside the app
- Open the LetSee app and sign in.
- Go to [IN-APP MENU PATH].
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
Deleting on the web
If you cannot access the app, you can send your deletion request from here.
- From the e-mail address registered to your account, send an e-mail with the subject “Account deletion request” to [PRIVACY REQUEST E-MAIL], or use the contact form.
- We will contact you to verify that the account is yours.
- After verification, your account and data are deleted as set out in the table below.
What is deleted and what is kept
Once your deletion request is completed, within [TIME TO COMPLETE DELETION]:

Deleting data without deleting the account
If you want specific data deleted without closing your account, you can use the KVKK Data Subject Request Form.
