These terms are the agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] (“LetSee”, “we”) about your use of the LetSee mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Who can use LetSee
- You must be at least 18 to use LetSee.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the law of the country you are in.
- People whose accounts were permanently closed for breaking the rules may not open a new account.
We close accounts that we find belong to someone under 18.
2. Your account
- The information you give when signing up must be accurate.
- Your account is personal; you may not transfer it or let someone else use it.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done with it.
3. How LetSee works
- You match with other users through a drawn avatar.
- The other person’s details open gradually as the two of you talk: in common, age, photos.
- This reveal cannot be bought with money.
- LetSee does not guarantee a match, a reply or a meeting.
4. Rules
When you use the Service you follow the Safety and Community Rules. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- harassment, threats, insults and hate speech,
- sharing or requesting nudity or sexual content,
- any sexual content or behaviour involving anyone under 18 (Child Safety Standards),
- impersonating someone else or using someone else’s photos,
- fraud, asking for money, advertising and bulk messaging,
- collecting or sharing other people’s personal data without permission,
- using the Service with automated tools, reverse engineering it, or trying to bypass security measures,
- any use that breaks applicable law.
5. Your content
- You keep the rights to the photos, text and other content you share.
- So that we can provide the Service, you give us a non-exclusive permission, limited to the time you use the Service, to host and process this content and to show it to other users under the Service’s rules.
- You confirm that the content you share is yours or that you have the right to share it.
- We may remove content that breaks the rules.
6. Artificial intelligence (AI) content
- LetSee Bot, ready-made AI characters, bots you create and the characters in the “Talk to a local” feature are artificial intelligence, not real people.
- AI characters and AI-generated content are always shown with an “AI” label and live in a space separate from real matches.
- AI replies may be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Information in features such as “Talk to a local” (places, prices, routes and so on) is not verified information.
- AI replies are not medical, legal, financial or similar professional advice.
- Your chats with AI characters are processed by an AI model provider; details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Bots you create are also subject to these terms and the community rules; you may not create a bot that imitates a real person without permission.

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

If a paid feature is offered:
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store’s payment and refund terms.
- Subscriptions may renew unless cancelled from your store account before the end of the period. Deleting your account may not automatically cancel a subscription.
- The reveal of the other person’s details (in common, age, photos) is not part of any paid feature.
- Your rights under consumer law are reserved.
8. Suspension and closure of your account
- If you break these terms or the community rules, depending on how serious it is we may remove your content, warn you, temporarily suspend your account or permanently close it.
- For violations involving child safety and for serious violations, the account is closed without prior warning.
- To appeal a decision, write to info@getletsee.com.
- You can delete your account at any time: Account and Data Deletion.
9. Your safety
Whether users’ identity or background is verified: [IS IDENTITY VERIFICATION PERFORMED]. You are responsible for your own safety when communicating with other users and meeting them in person. Our suggestions are on the Safety and Community Rules page.
10. Intellectual property
The LetSee name, logo, mascot, avatar drawings, software and design belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Provision of the Service and limits of liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or error.
- Other users are responsible for their own behaviour and the content they share.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data.
- Our liability arising from intent or gross negligence, and your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions, are reserved.
12. Changes
We may change the Service and these terms. We announce significant changes in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent forum for disputes: [COMPETENT COURTS AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICES]. The right of consumers to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence is reserved.
